Marcos Vinicius de Campos

Founding partner, Marcos Vinicius holds a PhD in Economic Law (USP) and a Master’s in Business Administration (FGV-SP), residing at the “École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales”, in Paris, France. He has also been a visiting scholar at Harvard University Law School. He graduated in Law at USP and in Public Administration at FGV-SP and has extensive knowledge in Competition Law, Economic and Regulatory-Administrative Law. He is a full professor at the FAAP Faculty of Law, was a federal deputy (1997-1998) and director of the National Department of Economic Protection and Defense of the Ministry of Justice. He is a founder and member of IBRAC (the Brazilian Institute for Studies on Competition, Consumption and International Trade).

Philip Antonioli

Founding partner, Philip holds a degree in Law (USP) and Public Administration (FGV-SP), he is a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP), the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCrim) and the Institute for the Defense of the Law of Defense (IDDD). He works in the area of Economic Criminal Law and has been developing legal strategies in the area of criminal law for companies and entrepreneurs.

Raphael Sodré Cittadino

Founding partner, Raphael graduated from the Federal University of Espírito Santo and specialized in union and labor law and constitutional law. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree course in Political Science (Ipol / UnB). He also worked in electoral campaigns, giving legal advice for political parties, unions and associations and held the position of parliamentary advisor in the Federal Senate before focusing on advocacy and consultancy in the areas of constitutional, administrative, associative and legislative law. Raphael is professor at Law Graduation course at Brasiliense Institute of Public Law (IDP), He is also founder and current president of the Institute for Legislative Studies and Public Policies (IELP).

Bruna Chaves

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia and a specialization course in Legislative Law form the Unyleia College. She is currently pursuing a specialization course in Constitutional Law. Chaves has experience as Parliamentary Affairs Assistant at the Brazilian Pay TV / Telecom Association and as a Political Analyst at the private sector.

Carolina Suguiura Evangelista

Carolina has a postgraduate degree in Public Management and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Public Lawy. Has a Law Degree from Brasília University. Acts on civil litigation.

Danilo Morais dos Santos

Danilo holds a master’s degree in Legislative Power from the House of Deputies Formation Center. He also holds a Law Degree from Brasília University (Unb), a graduate degree in both Business Administration (Uninter) and in International Trade (Uninter). He is a Legislative Analyst at the Federal Senate, professor for post-graduation courses of Ibmec DF and acts in the areas of Constitutional and Administrative Law, in both litigious and consultative realms.

Lincoln Telhado

He received both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia. Currently, he is pursuing an MBA in Project Management from IBMEC. Telhado has experience as Government Relations Analyst and was intern at the Brazilian Federal Senate and at the Ministry of Justice.

Mauricio de Albuquerque Wanderley

Mauricio holds a PhD in Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco, with a Teaching Internship Doctorate at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, and a Master’s in Law (Unicap). As a specialist in Diplomacy and International Business he has worked in the legal department of the Gerdau Group, White Martins, Grupo Verdi and others. He is active in the area of institutional and governmental relations following cases of high repercussion in the National Congress and in Assemblies and Municipal Councils throughout the country.

Milena Martins de Oliveira

Milena graduated in International Relations (Iesb). She holds a master’s degree in Political Science (Ipol / UnB) and also a specialization in in Political Science, University of Brasília (2008-2010). She is the founding member of the Government Relations Institute – IrelGov and provides consultancy in the area of Institutional and Government Relations.

Priscilla Sodré Pereira

Priscilla has a Law Degree from UFF (Federal Fluminense University) and is currently pursuing a specialization in Constitutional Law (IDP). She is a professor at Law Graduation course at Brasiliense Institute of Public Law (IDP) and acts on civil and administrative litigation, giving consultancy in the areas of Constitutional Law and Legislative Process, and advice in legislative proposals and constitutional, legal and infra-legal norms.

Natália Oliveira

She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Brasilia. She is currently pursuing a specialization course in Government Relations at UNICEUB. Oliveira worked as a Governmental Relations Assistant at the private sector and was intern at the Ministry of Social Development. She is also former coordinator of Politeia, an extension project developed by the University of Brasilia in cooperation with the Chamber of Deputies

Thaís Rabelo Souto

Has a postgraduate degree in Civil Law and Civil Processual Law, holds Law Degree from Brasília University (UNB). Acts on civil litigation.

Thiago Rocha Leandro

Thiago specializes in Public Management, Public Policy and Control (IDP), he holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco (Unicap). He is a professor of Constitutional Law, has a postgraduate degree in Electoral Law and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Policy at the University of Brasília (UnB). He is a former director of the Pernambuco Cultural Support Fund (Funcultura) and former undersecretary of promotion and incentive to Culture in the Federal District. He works in associative law, providing legal advice to institutes and associations.

Barbara Marinho

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia and a licenciate degree in History from the Paulist University, UNIP. Previously, she worked as a Governmental Relations Assistant at the private sector and was intern at the Ministry of Justice and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
