Marcos Vinicius de Campos

Founding partner, Marcos Vinicius holds a PhD in Economic Law (USP) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (FGV-SP), residing at the “École Supérieure des Sciences Économiques et Commerciales”, in Paris, France. He was a visiting scholar at Harvard University Law School. He graduated in Law at USP and in Public Administration at FGV-SP and has extensive knowledge in Competition Law, Economic and Regulatory-Administrative Law. He is professor at the FAAP Law School, former federal congressman (1997-1998) and former director of the National Department of Economic Protection and Defense of the Ministry of Justice. He is also a founder and member of IBRAC (Brazilian Institute for Studies on Competition, Consumption and International Trade).

Philip Antonioli

Founding partner, Philip is graduated in Law (USP) and Public Administration (FGV-SP). He is a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP), the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCrim) and the Institute for the Defense of the Law of Defense (IDDD). He practices in the field of Economic Criminal Law and has been developing legal strategies in the area of criminal law for companies and entrepreneurs since 1993.

Raphael Sodré Cittadino

Raphael Sodré Cittadino holds a postgraduate degree in Constitutional Law (IDP). As a founding partner of Cittadino, Campos and Antonioli law firm, he provides expert legal counsel on regulatory and competition issues. Raphael is also the president and founder of the Institute of Legislative Studies and Public Policies (IELP), which conducts research on various legal and public policy matters. He holds a Master’s degree in political science from the University of Brasilia (UNB) and teaches at the law school of Brazilian Institute of Development and Research (IDP).

Mauricio de Albuquerque Wanderley

Mauricio holds a PhD in Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco, with a Teaching Internship Doctorate at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, and a Master’s in Law (Unicap). As a specialist in Diplomacy and International Business, he has worked in the legal department of the Gerdau Group, White Martins, Verdi Group and others. He practices in institutional and governmental relations, following high-profile cases in the National Congress and in Assemblies and Municipal Councils throughout the country.

Priscilla Sodré Pereira

Priscilla specializes in Constitutional Law (IDP), Digital Law e Data Protection (IDP) and has Law Degree from UFF, the Federal Fluminense University. She practices in civil and administrative litigation, provides consulting services in Constitutional, Digital and Data Protection Law, and in Legislative Process, mainly issuing advices in legislative proposals, constitutional, legal and infra-legal norms.

Bruna de Freitas do Amaral

Bruna hold’s a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law from University of Brasília (UnB), with internship in socio-legal department from Oxford University – England/United Kingdom. She is graduated from Paulista State University – UNESP. Former attorney at Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association – CFOAB, acting in legal actions of Judicial Review proposed by the entity at Federal Court of Justice – STF. Also worked on administrative, tributary and electoral litigation.

Thaís Rabelo Souto

Thaís specializes in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law at Superior School of Judiciary of the Federal District of Brazil. She is currently pursuing a post-graduate degree in administrative law at Brasiliense Institute of Public Law (IDP), and graduated in Law at University of Brasília (UnB). She practices in the areas of Constitutional, Administrative and Electoral Law, in both litigious and consultative realms.

Lincoln Telhado

He is pursuing a PhD in Political Science at the University of São Paulo. He received both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia. He also holds an MBA in Project Management from IBMEC. Telhado has experience as Government Relations Analyst in the private sector and was intern at the Brazilian Federal Senate and at the Ministry of Justice.

Barbara Marinho

Marinho specializes in International Law (CEDIN), and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia and a licenciate degree in History from the Paulist University, UNIP. Previously, she worked as a Governmental Relations Assistant at the private sector and was intern at the Ministry of Justice and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Natália Oliveira

Government Relations specialists (UNICEUB), with a Nachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia. Oliveira worked as a government relations assistant at the private sector and was intern at the Ministry of Social Development. She is also former coordinator of Politeia, an extension project developed by the University of Brasilia in cooperation with the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies.

Hannah Macedo

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia and specializes in Parliamentary law and Legislative Process. Macedo worked as a government relations intern at the private sector and at Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
